The mission of N-STEP Dance is to create a love of dance in every student while creating an environment that is more than just “another dance studio.” With a combination of special programs, classes and events we strive to be your first choice in dance education for the whole family.

Miss Albertine
Owner/ Executive Director
I have believed in the N-Step family since its beginning and as the owner of N-Step Dance, I plan to work hard and give 150% to make a warm & caring environment while fostering your child’s love of dance. I have been married for 29 years, have four children and been caring for the elderly for nearly three decades. I love our dancers and watching them perform is my greatest joy.
Miss Sue
Program Director
With over 30 years immersed in the world of dance, Sue White’s passion and dedication have touched countless students and communities. Her extensive training spans Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Drama, and Voice. Sue is also a Certified Acrobatics Arts Instructor.

Born and raised in New York, Sue began her dance journey at age five under the guidance of Marya Kennett, renowned stretching coach for Evander Holyfield. After relocating to New Hampshire, she continued her studies in local studios and at college, attending Northern Essex Community College with a concentration in Dance. During her time at NECC, Sue served as both Secretary and President of the Still Pointe Dance Company & Dance Club.

Sue’s teaching and learning have taken her to studios and programs throughout New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. As a former studio owner, she has shared her love of dance through community outreach, recreational programs, and collaborations with area studios.
A decorated competitor herself—earning multiple first place, overall, and Platinum medals—Sue believes competition is a valuable tool for education and motivation. Her choreography has garnered numerous awards, and she has been honored as "New Hampshire Teacher of the Year" and "Dance Hero of the Year," a special recognition for her dedication, hard work, and the love she brings to the dance community.
Sue’s students have been featured in Video Magazine, Boston’s Nutcracker, and at national and international events. She served as choreographer and coach for Team USA at the World Championships of the Performing Arts in Los Angeles, joined by nine of her students. Her dancers have been highlighted in Dance Spirit Magazine as rising stars, and Sue herself has been featured in Dance Teacher Magazine.
Many of Sue’s students have gone on to major in dance, open their own studios, establish companies, and perform professionally. They have participated in the Miss New Hampshire Pageant, modeled internationally, and now teach and inspire others around the world. Sue is deeply proud of her students—not only for their achievements in dance, but for the remarkable people they have become.
Outside the studio, Sue enjoys her work as a Real Estate Agent and cherishes time with her beloved fur babies.


Miss Jackie
Team Coordinator

Jackie began dancing at the age of two and knew from the start it would be a lifelong passion that she wanted to pursue. She has been dancing for over 22 years and has been sharing her love of dance around New England for over 7 years. Jackie grew up dancing competitively at N-Step Dance and was trained in a variety of styles such as tap, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, ballet, and musical theater. From there she went on to get her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. While she attended SNHU, she was a valued member of both their performance and competition dance teams where she was able to compete at collegiate nationals and choreograph for their team. She was also a member of Touché Taps, a tap company under the direction of Shaina Schwartz, where she was able to train, dance, and perform throughout New England.
She loves to choreograph and teaches at many studios throughout NH where she spreads her love of dancing. Throughout her years of teaching, her choreography has won IDA nominations, numerous special awards, and choreography awards. Jackie travels to Los Angeles often to continue her dance education by taking dance classes and training with some of the best choreographers. She loves getting inspired and bringing back her experiences to her students. A fun fact about her is that her dream is to be a backup dancer or be in music videos!

Miss Ally
Instructor​
Miss Ally began dancing at the age of 2 at N-Step Dance! She has been dancing for almost 18 years and is excited to start her third year as a teacher at N-step!! Miss Ally grew up dancing competitively with N-Step for many years and was trained in the styles of Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Musical Theater and Pointe. During her time as competitive dancer, Ally received many high score placements and title awards.
She recently graduated Keene State College with a Bachelor's degree in Dance (Choreography and Performance) and Psychology. At Keene State College she trained in Modern, House, Ballet, and Choreography. She is eager to audition for companies and continue dancing and teaching after college. When not in the studio Miss Ally enjoys kayaking, paint by number, watching sunsets, and spending time with her friends and family. She cannot wait for another season of inspiring young, and passionate learners!
Miss Samantha
Instructor

Samantha has been dancing since she was 13 years old, and was a part of the N-Step competition team for four years! She has trained in many styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, and musical theater.
Samantha currently works at a childcare center as a full time infant teacher. A fun fact about Samantha is that she has acted in over 15 musicals. She loves the theatre! She is very excited for her second year of teaching dance and cannot wait to watch her students learn and grow.


Miss Kennedy

Miss Kennedy has been a dancer since the age of 3 and spent over six years as a student at N-Step Dance. During her time, she was a dedicated member of the competition team, where she trained in Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, and Musical Theater. Throughout her dance journey, Miss Kennedy has taken a wide variety of classes with numerous instructors, both at N-Step and during her time in college.

Since 2020, Miss Kennedy has been teaching dance in a variety of styles and age groups, bringing energy, creativity, and a deep love of movement to every class. In addition to her studio experience, she also has three years of teaching experience at the middle and high school level. She developed strong skills in that time in communication, mentorship, and student engagement while working in Special Education.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology! Dance has always been a vital part of Miss Kennedy’s life, and nothing brings her more joy than helping others in performing on stage and seeing that passion blossom when they hit they the stage. She’s excited to continue inspiring young dancers and helping them grow with confidence and creativity!

Miss Brynn

Brynn began dancing at age 2. She has danced for 16 years, the last 5 being competitive, and is now continuing her 3rd year of teaching! She is super excited to continue teaching and loves working with the kids! She has received many awards and enjoys performing on stage, along with cheering on the kids! Miss Brynn teaches many styles, some of her favorites being tap and lyrical! She recently has just finished her freshman year of nursing school at Rivier University and is ready to start back in the fall! Miss Brynn is super excited for this upcoming year and truly enjoys every moment of teaching with her kids!

Miss Meghan
Instructor​

Meghan began her Ballet training at age 12, with Patricia Lavoie, she received most of her early training at Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater in Bedford NH. Meghan also had the honor of studying at Centeral PA Youth ballet, as well as American Academy of Ballet. Where she had the privilege to take classes with David Howard, Stephanie Saland, Susan Jaffe and Darla Hoover to name a few. Meghan also received training from the former Granite State Ballet.

Meghan was a Dance performance major at Shenandoah University and later Pointe Park College where her concentration was Classical Ballet.
Meghan was invited to teach for a title 1 program in Nashua called Discover Dance. To her surprise, she realized that her passion is teaching ballet. Teaching this art to anyone who wants to learn is the most important thing to her in this dance career.

Meghan has been Teaching Classical Ballet as well as cross training methods for dancers, in Southern NH and Mass for a Decade, she believes strongly in teaching ballet technique at a high caliber to every single dancer from the student training recreationally to the ones who want to pursue careers in dance. She also is a strong proponent of a more body positive approach to ballet training and believes strongly that any body can be a great dancer.

Meghan is also a proud company artist with Saving Grace Dance ensemble. Where she has had the honor of dancing many original works as well as the privilege to perform at the beautiful Alvin Ailey Dance Theater.

Miss Devan

Devan has been immersed in the world of dance for over 23 years, having started her journey at just two years old. What began as a childhood passion quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to the art form. Since graduating high school, Devan has spent the last 7 years sharing that passion as a dedicated and inspiring dance teacher.
​
Trained extensively in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Acro/Tumbling, and Hip Hop, Devan brings a well-rounded and versatile background to her teaching. Her diverse experience allows her to connect with dancers across a wide range of styles and skill levels, fostering both technical growth and artistic expression. With a strong belief in the power of dance as an outlet for creativity, confidence, and emotional growth, Devan creates a supportive and inclusive environment for children of all ages.
Her goal is not just to teach technique, but to help every student find their voice through movement. In addition to her work in the studio, Devan has proudly served in the U.S. Army for 6 years, an experience that shaped her strong sense of discipline, resilience, and leadership. These qualities deeply influence her teaching approach—bringing structure, determination, and a deep respect for teamwork, problem solving, and professionalism into every class.
Known for her patient and encouraging teaching style, Devan connects with her students in meaningful ways—helping them build both skill and self-belief. Whether introducing little ones to the joy of dance or guiding more experienced dancers toward their goals, she is committed to helping each child feel seen, empowered, and inspired. For Devan, dance is more than just steps—it’s a way to express, grow, and connect. And every day she teaches, she brings that purpose to life in the studio.

Miss Audrey

Audrey McFadden is an accomplished and dedicated dance instructor with over 30 years of experience and a lifelong passion for the performing arts. She is a 2004 graduate of Plymouth State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Dance. While at PSU, Audrey was a member of the Contemporary Dance Ensemble (CDE) and performed at numerous college and state venues across New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Audrey’s dance journey began at the age of two in Concord, NH, training at Gen’s Dance Studio under the guidance of Gen Woodward. There, she studied a variety of styles including Acro, Ballet, Lyrical, Jazz, Pointe, and Tap. As a member of the studio’s competitive team, she earned numerous Platinum and High Score awards, along with Choreography awards for her creative and dynamic routines. She performed competitively throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and at Nationals in Atlantic City, New Jersey, for three consecutive years.
At just 14 years old, Audrey began assisting Gen in teaching classes, sparking her deep passion for guiding and inspiring dancers of all ages. Over the years, she has added other dance styles, including Hip Hop and Musical Theatre to her repertoire.
Today, Audrey teaches everything from children’s combo classes to advanced competition teams, as well as engaging and challenging adult classes. She is Acrobatic Arts certified, and has experience teaching gymnastics within a professional gymnastics facility, bringing her students a strong foundation in strength, flexibility, and safe technique.

Known for her positive energy, technical precision, and artistry, Audrey’s teaching blends discipline with encouragement, inspiring students to grow both in skill and confidence. With her extensive training, award-winning choreography, and genuine love for the art of dance, she is a valued member of the N-Step Dance Center faculty and continues to pass her passion to the next generation of performers.

Miss Marinna

Miss Marinna began dancing as soon as she could walk and joined the competition dance world at age seven. Dance quickly grew into something she could not live without, training extensively in ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and various modern techniques throughout her high school years.
Marinna recently graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography, training in modern, contemporary, ballet, and choreographic techniques. During her time at Keene State, her debut choreographic work “Ashes and Feathers” was selected to represent the school at American College Dance Association (ACDA) in Rochester, New York. Her second choreographed piece “The Last Second” was called “life changing and perspective altering” by a member of the board of trustees in a college-wide faculty meeting. She was featured as a soloist in program director Cynthia McLaughlin’s piece “Tooth and Nail” for Evening of Dance, along with many other performances in both the fall and spring shows each year.
Marinna is extremely passionate about letting her students be individuals while still providing proper technical training. She supports every dancer’s unique journey while pushing them to be the absolute best they can be. Miss Marinna is very excited to return to N-Step for her second year and cannot wait to continue to be inspired by the amazing dancers and faculty.
